He's given 100+ talks to organisations including Newcastle Business School, the PM Society, HSJ (Health Service Journal), BIAZA, Storm, American Marketing Association.
He's been interviewed by Sky News, ITV News, BBC1 South Today, You and Yours BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio Wales, BBC Solent, BBC Bristol.
Mark has consulted to organisations including Microsoft, Defra, NHS Direct, Westminster City Council, Imperial College Business School, the Institute of Directors (IOD), Business Link and Manchester Business School.
Guest speaker at major conferences and events in the UK and abroad including the World Social Marketing Conference, Cambridge Digital Conference, Internet World, i-Strategy, the O2 Olympics Opportunities for Business and Technology for Marketers and Advertisers (TFMA).
He annually judges categories in the BIAZA Awards, the BOSS Industry Awards and CIM's Marketing Excellence Awards. He contributed to the development of Imperial College's MSc in Marketing.
Mark has written more than 20 papers for The Chartered Institute of Marketing where he was formerly Head of Research. His current research interests focus on sustainability, responsible business and diversity.
Mark is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), a Fellow of CIM (FCIM) and a Chartered Marketer.
